tLotS started off around late 1997 as a group of warriors in a game known as jk. While i wasn't a member at this time, I later found out about it's history. I joined around mid 98, at the point in history when tlotS was only LotS. During this era, LotS had over 80 members, making it the biggest jk group on AOL ever. We held tournaments between other clans, most notably YB, F.O.R.C.E.,VSS and at times we competed with the newbies in the jk chat room. LotS had yet to lose one tournament, and we were even noticed by the other clans on the Zone.
During our strongest time, one of the leaders of LotS fell to his own greed and wish for more power. SteveRJ was his name and gai was his game. He began attacking members of our own clan to try to prove to them that he was he was the best in the clan, to disprove the spreading rumors that there was a warrior within the clan that was better than him. After brutal massacres and never ending arguments and disputes, two warriors stood up to face the evil tyrant.
One of them was the one who was rumored to be better than SteveRJ, the other was..myself. SteveRJ sent his warriors to attack me, while my good friend Frank went after RJ. I alone faced off against the 40 year old bowler MTB, Nighthawk7 and Fred. I easily defeated all three of them, and yelled at them to tell me where RJ was...but they were out. I searched throughout the castle, and finally came upon the great battle.
It seemed that Frank was having the same luck that I was, as SteveRJ couldn't stand up to Frank's superior skills. At the last moment, another warrior on RJ's side struck Frank with a Destruction, knocking him off balance. This distraction allowed SteveRJ to escape from death and flee. Since then there has been very little word from RJ, as only a very few know of him, none want to remember him.
Since that time much has occured, the name of the group from LotS to tlotS. Now several warriors exist, but they are among the best ever.
