Mortal Kombat. Mortal Kombat is the tournament through which the best fighters of any realm can challenge the best fighters of another realm. If the realm challenging another wins ten consecutive tournaments, that realm takes hold of it. Over eons of time, the Emperor Shao Khan has conquered thousands of realms and created one super huge mega realm, known as Outworld. Seeking more power, Shao Khan advances towards the Earth realm, knowing if he can take it, he would have enough power to overthrow the Elder Gods, the beings that keep him from taking over everything.
